The colorful circles represent us—each one unique, yet reflecting the light and colors surrounding the cross. The cross stands at the center as a reminder that our worth, identity, and hope are not things we have to create for ourselves. They are found in Jesus Christ.
Through Christ, we are invited to live in the fullness of His promise—to know whose we are, who He created us to be, and that our identity is ultimately found in Him.
We don't have to create our identity. We can reflect the One who created us.

“God Is In This Story”

This painting has a story. We all go through things and one day my daughter in law was and got inspired. She called me with the idea which led to this image. God is in our story.
Every life tells a story, and throughout every chapter, God invites us to discover His love, His presence, and His purpose. Whether we are experiencing joy or walking through difficult seasons, we can find hope in knowing that our lives matter to Him.
At the heart of our story is Jesus Christ. The cross is the greatest expression of His love, reminding us that we are invited into a relationship with God through Him. His love gives us hope for today and the promise of a future beyond what we can see.
We may not always understand why our lives unfold the way they do, or how the people and experiences we encounter will shape our journey. But we can trust that God is at work, even in the chapters that remain unfinished. As Romans 8:28 reminds us, God works in all things for the good of those who love Him and are called according to His purpose.
God is in this story—not just at the beginning or the end, but throughout every chapter.

The color scheme of this painting was requested by a friend of mine. She said to run with it. I like to paint things from a different perspective, to get a different look on things. She didn’t like it, but that’s ok. Different is not for everybody :)
